Senior Product Manager at Conference Manager

About the role

Conference Manager is a profitable B2B SaaS company and Scandinavia's leading platform for registration and event management. Customers like Novo Nordisk, Arla and Carlsberg rely on us. The product is established, the business is healthy, and we're ready to take it further.

You'll own product across the whole platform, from complex admin workflows to the mobile experience. You'll work closely with our CTO, who leads both product and technology, and alongside a team of engineers and designers who value a PM who brings clarity.

For the first period, you'll be our only PM. Later, our current PM will return.

What the work looks like

You'll decide what we build and why, and make sure it gets built well. That means talking to internally, to customers, reading the data, understanding the market, and turning all of it into a roadmap people believe in. You'll write specs engineers want to work from, keep product running smoothly, and work with sales and customer success so everyone understands where we're going.

AI is a natural part of how you work, whether you're using it to understand research faster, test ideas sooner, or save time on routine tasks.

Who we're looking for

You've spent several years in product, ideally in B2B SaaS, and you've owned products end to end. You have failed and you have learned. You’re comfortable with both detailed back-office complexity and simple, polished mobile experiences. You write clearly, stay calm when things are unclear, and understand that good product work is measured in outcomes, not features shipped.

Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.

Position is on-site.
