Senior Frontend Developer – Conference Manager (On-Prem SaaS)
Job description
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Conference Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our web application. You will be responsible for building intuitive, high‑performance, and maintainable user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Core Responsibilities
You’ll ensure that our frontend meets usability, accessibility, and performance standards, while enabling fast iterations and clean, scalable code.
You will work with:
Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement best practices for state management, component architecture, and code quality.
Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across devices.
Optimize frontend performance and drive improvements in scalability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and frontend technical direction.
Mentor junior developers, provide constructive code reviews, and share frontend best practices.
Continuously improve build pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes.

Together with your team of developers, designers, and product managers, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our product into a seamless and modern SaaS experience for conferences worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
To thrive in this role, the preferred candidate should have experience in several of the following areas:
5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Solid expertise in React (hooks, context, and component design patterns).
Strong TypeScript skills and in-depth understanding of typed APIs.
Good knowledge of modern CSS (CSS‑in‑JS, CSS modules, or similar).
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or similar).
Understanding of application state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
