About the role: 

Conference Manager is the market leading event management platform in Denmark, now setting out to win the European market. We’re well off in Germany and Sweden with prominent logos in our portfolio, but we need you to help us grow even further!

We're seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join our marketing team and drive growth through strategic well-thought-through digital campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing our paid advertising strategy across our markets with the ultimate objective of generating high intent leads to our sales team.

In other words, you will: 

• Craft a compelling paid advertising strategy across platforms like Google, LinkedIn and Meta and execute on the same.
• Own the paid advertising plan throughout the entire marketing funnel, from Awareness, to Consideration and finally to Conversion.
• Design and implement ABM and re-targeting strategies to improve our nurture flow in the Consideration stage.
• Manage our Google Ads campaign operations in collaboration with our ad agency, including bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Track and analyze on overall campaign performance through Piwik Pro, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and come with solutions to optimize.
• Collaborate with our talented marketing team to ensure that our paid strategy is aligned with our demand generation strategy and overall go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate: 

Our next colleague is a skilled strategist with an eye for campaign execution and optimization. In addition, we imagine that you have:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing B2B SaaS paid campaigns, particularly in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
• A proven track record of generating qualified leads (MQLs) through digital advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and the interlink between the platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex metrics to stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with events, conferences, or similar industries is a plus.
• A natural interest in everything that evolves around paid advertising campaign creation and optimization.
