Customer Success Manager (German/Danish)

About the role
We're looking for a Danish/German speaking Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will either work from our HQ i Virum, Denmark or from our brand new office in Munich.
You will be one of the heroes of Conference Manager whose finest job it is to help our customers succeed with planning their events, conferences and fairs in the most professional and service minded way possible. As an expert in our platform, you'll be the friendly go-to person they turn to whenever they need help, sparring, and tips & tricks.
In other words, you will:
- Dive headfirst into both the German and Danish market, building relationships and trust with our clients and becoming their go-to person for all things Conference Manager.
- Show our new clients the ins and outs, making sure they're up to speed and ready to rock their events with our platform.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of our clients' needs and feedback, feeding that info back to our team of developers to help make our platform even better.
- Keep an eye on our clients' usage and engagement, spotting opportunities to wow them with new features or services and spar on this with our sales team.
- Be a champion for our clients within the company, always advocating for their needs and ensuring they're getting the VIP treatment they deserve.
The ideal candidate
Our next colleague is a natural relationship builder who makes people feel valued and heard. You are fluent in Danish and German with killer communication skills. In addition, we imagine that you are:
- Experienced in a customer-facing role, preferably from a start-up or scale-up environment where you've had the chance to wear many hats and make a big impact.
- Tech-savvy and motivated by becoming an expert in our system.
- A service minded and natural communicator with the ability to help customers navigate in systems in both German, Danish and English.
- Motivated to join a fast-paced commercial team and eager to participate in post-sale activities.
- A natural when it comes to juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, all while keeping a smile on your face.
- A cultural champion and enjoy working on-site, sparring with your talented colleagues and contributing to a great work environment.
- Bonus points if you've got some experience in the event management world – but if not, don't worry; we'll bring you up to speed!
